Carpet Care Tips

Deep Cleaning Schedule:
Depending on soil and foot traffic, have Team Ossanna deep clean your common carpet areas 2–4 times per year.
Regular Maintenance:
Vacuum all carpets regularly with an upright vacuum that has a beater bar and a disposable HEPA filter. Use the hose attachment for corners, edges, and upholstery—this removes more dirt and keeps the air cleaner.
Spot Cleaning:
For small spills, gently dab the spot with a damp terry cloth, rotating to a clean area of the cloth each time. Repeat until the stain is mostly gone. Finish by blotting with a dry towel to remove excess moisture. Avoid scrubbing, as this can cause permanent stains or damage the carpet fibers.

Upholstery Care Tips

Cleaning Schedule:
Clean your upholstery once a year, or as needed, depending on use.
Spot Cleaning:
Use a microfiber towel and warm water. Gently dab the spot, turning the towel to a clean area each time, until the stain is gone.
- Finish by blotting with a dry microfiber towel to remove excess moisture.
